Vince was amazing to work with! He really took the time to go over the property thoroughly from top to bottom. Vince took the time at the end of the inspection to sit down with me and my client and go over the report and all of his findings and explain to my clients what he found. This is greatly appreciated by me and my client my client told me that they’ve got a great understanding of the property they are buying thanks to Vince his report and his explanations!

Vince did our home inspection for our first home purchase. I have never been through this process before, so I wanted to be at the inspection so I could learn as much as I could. He walked me through what he was doing and it was so helpful and informative! I tried not to be in his way but he didn't mind answering my questions or explaining anything to me. The report came same day and he actually walked me through how to read it before he left the house. Easy breezy process. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend!
